I made Chocolate Pumpkins Cupcakes for dessert at my mom's weekly Tuesday night dinner. I've had the fall bug since school started and wanted to try this Country Living recipe. I'm more of a Blueprint girl, NOT Country Living, but while waiting in the Albuquerque, NM airport the cover caught my eye and I thought I could make cupcakes from this recipe!
I changed the frosting a bit. I topped the cupcakes with a dark chocolate ganache and made a cream cheese frosting with vanilla & custom blended pumpkin pie spices.

It was soooooo humid yesterday. It was not my best. I didn't tell my girls about the pumpkin until after they ate them...two of them!
